Ukraine’s military retains substantial mobilization potential — LPR militia

It is reported that foreign mercenaries are arriving from various parts of the world to join the ranks of the Ukrainian military

MOSCOW, November 14. /TASS/. The Ukrainian military retains serious mobilization potential and the number of foreign mercenaries in its ranks is also constantly growing, Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR) militia officer Andrey Marochko told the Rossiya-24 TV Channel on Monday.

"I want to say straightaway that Ukraine, unfortunately, still keeps its huge mobilization resource. But we also see a growing number of foreign mercenaries along the line of engagement," he said.

Foreign mercenaries are arriving from various parts of the world to join the ranks of the Ukrainian military, Marochko said. "These are countries of the former Soviet Union and NATO member states and among them there are ‘soldiers of fortune’ who fought on the side of terrorist groups in Syria," he said.

LPR People’s Militia Spokesman Ivan Filiponenko reported earlier on Monday that the Ukrainian military had suffered roughly 90 casualties in battles with forces of LPR forces in the past day.
