It is reported that there are no civilian casualties

LUGANSK, November 10. /TASS/. An asphalt concrete factory was damaged in the Ukrainian military’s strike from a US-made HIMARS rocket system on the town of Svatovo in the Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR), LPR people’s militia officer Andrey Marochko said on Thursday.

"The strike was delivered on a refurbished asphalt concrete factory. According to preliminary reports, there are no civilian casualties," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

The LPR mission to the Joint Control and Coordination Center on Ukraine’s War Crimes earlier reported that Ukrainian troops had fired two HIMARS rockets at Svatovo.
