DONETSK, November 9. /TASS/. Joint forces engaged in heavy fighting near the settlement of Pavlovka, which must be taken for liberation of Ugledar, DPR Acting Head Denis Pushilin said Wednesday.

"The liberation operation on the Ugledar direction continues. Heavy fighting is going on near the settlement of Pavlovka. But, without taking Pavlovka, without total liberation of this settlement, it will be extremely difficult to move on and liberate Ugledar, which is important from the standpoint of pushing the enemy further away from Donetsk, in particular," Pushilin said on Russian TV.

On November 2, Pushilin said that the joint forces fight with Ukrainian forces for the settlement of Pavlovka on the Ugledar direction.
