DONETSK, November 5. /TASS/. Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) Supreme Court Judge Alexander Nikulin suffered gunshot wounds in an assassination attempt in the city of Uglegorsk, the regional Interior Ministry said on Saturday.

According to the ministry, the judge is in critical condition and doctors are fighting for his life.

Police are working to establish the circumstances of the incident and find the attackers.

According to Acting DPR Head Denis Pushilin, the judge "sentenced Nazi criminals.".
