"During the period from 8:30 a.m. on August 1 to 8:30 a.m. on August 8 [Moscow time - TASS], 1,984 UAVs were heading toward the Moscow region. The majority were neutralized by air defense forces on the distant approaches," he wrote on Max.

The mayor added that 82 enemy UAVs were destroyed on approach to Moscow.
