A man and a woman were taken to hospital with shrapnel wounds to the legs

MOSCOW, November 15. /TASS/. The number of people, injured when a Tochka-U missile was destroyed by air defense weapons over the town of Valuiki in the Belgorod Region, has grown to two, the region's governor, Vyacheslav Gladkov, wrote on his Telegram channel on Tuesday.

"A man died as a result of the shelling of Valuiki. A man and a woman were taken to hospital with shrapnel wounds to the legs. All necessary medical care is being provided. The condition of both is moderately grave," the governor blogged.

Earlier, Gladkov reported that one local resident had been killed and one more wounded.

Late on November 15, the Belgorod Region was shelled from the side of Ukraine. Earlier on Tuesday, shells hit a two-story residential building in the town of Shebekino, killing three people. Two people were hospitalized with shrapnel wounds.
