MOSCOW, November 20. /TASS/. Russia's gas giant Gazprom reduced its costs of constructing Power of Siberia gas pipeline by 38% to 19.3 bln rubles ($298.2 mln) and upgrading Urengoi-Novopskov gas pipeline by 33% to 16 bln rubles ($247.2 mln), the Russian gas giant said in the revised investment program for 2015.
At the same time, total amount of borrowings of the gas giant surged 29% to 1.1 trillion rubles ($17 bln).
