MOSCOW, May 27. /TASS/. The Bank of Russia set the official dollar rate at 70.9012 rubles for May 28, down 76.68 kopecks against the previous indicator.

The official euro rate was lowered by 57.51 kopecks to 82.7224 rubles. The official yuan rate is fixed at 10.4557 rubles, down 9.48 kopecks against the prior figure.

The Central Bank fixes official dollar and euro rates against the ruble on the basis of reports of banks on results of transactions in the over-the-counter currency market.
