MOSCOW, March 31. /TASS/. Russia intends to pay particular attention to development of a depoliticized international payment infrastructure, as stated in the new Foreign Policy Concept approved on Friday by the decree of President Vladimir Putin.
Russia will "assist lowering of dependence of the Russian economy on unfriendly actions of foreign states, in the first instance through development of the international payment infrastructure that is depoliticized, safe and independent on unfriendly countries, and expanding the practice of using national currencies in settlements with allies and partners," the document reads.
"The leading role of sovereign nations when making decision in the sphere of supporting international peace and security" is a significant principle of building up international relations, the Concept states.
