The Uralchem-Uralkali Group intends to deliver the first humanitarian batch of fertilizers from EU ports to Malawi

MOSCOW, November 2. /TASS/. Uralchem plans to bring the amount of the humanitarian aid to African nations to 300,000 metric tons of fertilizers, CEO of the Russian fertilizer producer Dmitry Konyaev said on Wednesday on the air with the Rossiya-24 TV Channel.

"Certainly, we will not confine ourselves to the delivery of one-time aid to Burkina Faso and plan to bring our volumes of such charity aid to the African continent to about 300,000 metric tons, if we manage to do so down the line of the World Food Program, and if the UN eventually comes to terms with governments of European countries," the top manager said.
