Russian stock indices decline as main trading session opens on Moscow Exchange

As of 10:11 a.m. Moscow time, the dollar-to-ruble exchange rate grew to 61.51 rubles, and the euro rate went up to 60.68 rubles

MOSCOW, November 2. /TASS/. The Russian stock market at the beginning of the main session on the Moscow Exchange shows a decrease in the main indices, according to trading data.

As of 10:11 a.m. Moscow time, the MOEX index began to decline and went down 0.34% to 2,167.02 points, the RTS index fell to 1,109.95 points (-0.74%).

At the opening of trading, the MOEX Exchange index reached 2,178.25 points (+0.18%), while the RTS index fell by 0.25%, to 1,115.41 points.

As of 10:11 a.m. Moscow time, the dollar-to-ruble exchange rate grew by 0.46%, to 61.51 rubles, and the euro rate went up by 0.19%, to 60.68 rubles.
