MOSCOW, July 14. /TASS/. Russia was granted a right to supply heat-treated dairy products to Japan, the Russian veterinary and phytosanitary regulator Rosselkhoznadzor said on Tuesday.
"The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Japan informed Rosselkhoznadzor about the right to supply heat-treated dairy products received by Russia," the regulator noted.
Such goods can be exported, accompanied with a relevant certificate and without further qualification of Russian companies by Japan’s inspectors, the authority said. It is not required also to include Russian companies into the register of importers of the Japan’s authority.
"The Japan’s market opening for Russian dairy produce has become the result of the joint work on risk analysis by Rosselkhoznadzor and Japanese colleagues, performed during several years," the Russian agency added.
