MOSCOW, December 3. /TASS/. Ukraine’s daily losses in the southern Donetsk area amounted up to 85 servicemen, the Russian defense ministry said on Sunday.

"In this area, Ukraine’s army lost up to 85 servicemen, who were either killed or wounded, an armored vehicle, two cars, an Akatsiya self-propelled artillery system and a Gvozdika self-propelled artillery system," it said.

According to the ministry, units of Russia’s eastern battlegroup jointly with artillery also hit manpower of Ukraine’s 79th assault and 72nd mechanized brigades near the settlements of Novomikhailovka and Ugledar in the Donetsk People’s Republic.
