MOSCOW, November 25. /TASS/. Ukraine’s armed forces have lost up to 55 troops in the Krasny Liman area with Russian forces repelling an attack by a Ukrainian assault brigade, the Russian Defense Ministry said.

"In the Krasny Liman area, the coordinated actions of Battlegroup Center, aviation and artillery repelled an attack by an assault group of the 5th brigade of Ukraine’s National Guard," it said in a statement, adding that personnel and hardware from Ukraine’s 47th mechanized brigade have sustained losses near the Petrovskoye village in the Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR).

The defense agency noted that the Ukrainian army has lost up to 55 troops and two pickup trucks in that area in 24 hours.
