Russian armed forces repel attack of Azov brigade in Krasny Liman direction

The total losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces amounted to 30 military personnel, the Russian Ministry of Defense said

MOSCOW, November 19. /TASS/. Units of the Battlegroup Center of the Russian armed forces repelled an attack by assault groups of the Azov special forces brigade (an organization banned in Russia) in the Krasny Liman direction, Russia’s Defense Ministry reported.

"In the Krasny Liman direction, competent actions of units of the Battlegroup Center in cooperation with army aviation and artillery repelled an attack by assault groups of the 12th special forces brigade Azov south of the village of Kuzmino, Lugansk People’s Republic," the statement says.

The ministry specified that air strikes also hit the manpower and equipment of the 117th territorial defense brigade, the 67th mechanized brigade of the Ukrainian armed forces and the 31st operational brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine in the areas of the settlement of Yampolovka, north of Grigorovka of the Donetsk People's Republic and Serebryanskoye forestry. The total losses of the Ukrainian armed forces amounted to up to 30 military personnel, an armored combat vehicle, and two cars.
