MOSCOW, November 19. /TASS/. Over the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian armed forces lost up to 145 servicemen in the South Donetsk direction, the Russian Defense Ministry reported.

"The enemy’s total losses amounted to up to 145 military personnel, two vehicles, as well as a Polish-made Krab self-propelled artillery vehicle," the statement said.

The ministry specified that units of the battlegroup East, in cooperation with assault, army aviation and artillery, defeated the manpower and equipment of the 72nd mechanized, 79th air assault, 58th motorized infantry brigades of the Ukrainian armed forces and the 127th territorial defense brigade in populated areas Novomikhailovka, Nikolskoye, Shevchenko, Konstantinovka, Novodonetskoye and Staromayorskoye points of the Donetsk People's Republic.
