Russian forces strike amassed Ukrainian troops in Zaporozhye area over past day

According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, up to 55 military personnel, 2 armored combat vehicles and 2 enemy vehicles were destroyed

MOSCOW, November 12. /TASS/. Russian forces inflicted damage on amassed Ukrainian troops in the Zaporozhye area over the past day in the special military operation in Ukraine, Russia’s Defense Ministry reported on Sunday.

"In the Zaporozhye direction, skilled and well-coordinated operations by units of the Russian battlegroup, air strikes, artillery and heavy flamethrower fires inflicted damage on amassed personnel and equipment of the Ukrainian army’s 33rd mechanized brigade near the settlement of Rabotino in the Zaporozhye Region," the ministry said in a statement.

Russian forces destroyed as many as 55 Ukrainian troops, two armored combat vehicles and two motor vehicles in the Zaporozhye direction over the past 24 hours, the ministry specified.
