Russian forces destroy roughly 60 Ukrainian troops in Kherson direction — top brass

According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, the enemy also lost a tank, three vehicles and an Msta-B howitzer

MOSCOW, November 11. /TASS/. Russian forces wiped out roughly 60 Ukrainian troops as they inflicted fire on the enemy in the Kherson direction in the course of the special military operation in Ukraine, the Russian Defense Ministry reported.

Also, a Ukrainian tank, three cars and a Msta-B howitzer were destroyed in the Russian attack near Antonovka and Shlyakhovoye in the Kherson Region, the ministry specified.

According to it, operational-tactical and army aviation, drones, missile troops and artillery of Russian battlegroups struck Ukrainian manpower and military hardware in 114 areas.

In addition, Russian air defense forces took down a Ukrainian MiG-29 fighter jet over the city of Zaporozhye as they also intercepted five HIMARS rockets and destroyed 38 drones in the Zaporozhye Region in the past day, the ministry said in a report.

In all, the Russian Armed Forces have destroyed 534 Ukrainian warplanes, 254 helicopters, 8,829 unmanned aerial vehicles, 441 surface-to-air missile systems, 13,346 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 1,183 multiple rocket launchers, 7,059 field artillery guns and mortars as well as 15,194 special military motor vehicles since the start of the special military operation in Ukraine, the ministry reported.
