Russia’s two Tu-160 bombers conduct flight over neutral waters of Barents, Norwegian Seas

They were accompanied by MiG-31 fighters of the Northern Fleet’s Air Force and Air Defense group

MOSCOW, November 24. /TASS/. Russia’s two Tupolev Tu-160 strategic bombers carried out a planned flight over the neutral waters of the Barents and Norwegian Seas, the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement on Thursday.

"Two Tu-160 long-range strategic bombers carried out a planned flight over the neutral waters of the Barents and Norwegian Seas. They were accompanied by MiG-31 fighters of the Northern Fleet’s Air Force and Air Defense group," the statement reads.

The Russian Defense Ministry pointed out that the flight lasted about 13 hours.
