Russian troops eliminate over 60 Ukrainian soldiers in South Donetsk direction

According to the spokesman, the enemy's manpower and equipment have been wiped out

MOSCOW, November 13. /TASS/. The Russian armed forces repelled Ukrainian counterattacks in the South Donetsk direction, as a result over 60 Ukrainian servicemen were destroyed, Russian Defense Ministry Spokesman Lieutenant General Igor Konashenkov told reporters on Sunday.

"In the southern Donetsk direction, the Ukrainian forces attempted unsuccessful counterattacks in the areas of Pavlovka and Nikolskoye settlements of the Donetsk People's Republic to stop the advance of Russian troops and restore lost positions. With Russian assault groups' artillery strikes and decisive actions, all counterattacks were repelled and the enemy was dispersed," Konashenkov said.

According to the spokesman, the enemy's manpower and equipment have been wiped out. "Over 60 Ukrainian servicemen, one armored personnel carrier, two vehicles with ammunition and three pickup trucks were destroyed," he added.
