Ukraine’s military suffers about 40 casualties in Donbass in past day — DPR militia

In the past day, the Ukrainian military fired 136 munitions from Grad multiple rocket launchers, 152mm and 122mm artillery guns and NATO-standard 155mm artillery systems

DONETSK, November 9. /TASS/. The Ukrainian military suffered about 40 casualties in battles with forces of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) in the past day, the press office of the DPR people’s militia reported on Wednesday.

"The enemy’s manpower losses amounted to 40 personnel," the DPR people’s militia said on its Telegram channel.

In the past day, the Russia-Donbass allied forces eliminated two Ukrainian army howitzers (a Krab self-propelled and a 2A65 towed artillery guns), a Grad multiple launch rocket system, four tanks (two T-72Bs, one T-72M1 and one T-64BV), five armored and motor vehicles and shot down three enemy unmanned aerial vehicles, the press office said.

"Two civilians were killed and three others were wounded in the [Ukrainian army’s] bombardments, which also damaged 27 homes and four civilian infrastructure facilities," the DPR people’s militia said.
