DONETSK, November 7. /TASS/. Ukrainian Armed Forces have started to shell civilian infrastructure more frequently, the DPR mission to the Joint Coordination and Control Center (JCCC) on Ukrainian war crimes told TASS Monday.

"In November, Ukrainian forces ramped up shelling of civilian infrastructure using HIMARS NATO-standard multiple launch rocket systems," the mission said.

For example, early on November 4, residential buildings in Makeyevka were shelled with the Leninsky District of Donetsk shelled the next day. Today, Ukrainian forces targeted the Donetsk Railway directorate.

"There are no military objects in these locations," the DPR mission said.
