Round-the-clock curfew declared in Kherson — authorities

According to Stremousov, the region’s authorities see it as their major task to save as many lives as possible

KHERSON, November 4. /TASS/. A round-the-clock curfew has been declared in Kherson, Kherson Region deputy governor, Kirill Stremousov, said on Friday.

"A curfew has been declared in the city of Kherson. It will stay in place for 24 hours, round-the-clock, so that we could defend our city," he said in a video address posted on his Telegram channel.

According to Stremousov, the region’s authorities see it as their major task to save as many lives as possible. "We support [Russian President] Vladimir Putin’s words that people must leave Kherson to save their lives," he noted and warned that Ukraine can stage terror attacks and provocations in the city.

"That is why we once again call on Kherson residents to leave the city for the left-bank part of the Kherson region and let the military do its job," he stressed.
