MOSCOW, April 20. /TASS/. Russia’s Armed Forces have eliminated 498 unmanned aerial vehicles, 2,397 tanks and other armored vehicles, and 261 multiple launch rocket systems of the Ukrainian Armed Forces since the beginning of the special military operation in Ukraine, Russian Defense Ministry Spokesman Major-General Igor Konashenkov said on Wednesday.

"Overall, the following targets have been destroyed since the beginning of the special military operation: 140 aircraft, 106 helicopters, 498 unmanned aerial vehicles, 254 surface-to-air missile systems, 2,397 tanks and other combat armored vehicles, 261 multiple launch rocket systems, 1,038 field artillery guns and mortars and 2,244 special military motor vehicles," the spokesman said.
