Explosions, air raid sirens heard in Nikolayev

Nikolayev Region administration chief Vitaly Kim wrote that an air raid warning has been declared "for the entire region"

KIEV, October 19. /TASS/. Explosions were heard in the Ukrainian city of Nikolayev on Wednesday evening, with air raid alert issued for the whole region, Ukraine’s Vesti portal reported.

Nikolayev Region administration chief Vitaly Kim wrote in his Telegram channel that an air raid warning has been declared "for the entire region."

Earlier, the Strana news portal reported that a blast and sounds of gunfire were heard in the capital Kiev as well.
