STOCKHOLM, October 17. /TASS/. Norwegian police have taken four Russians into custody after they were detained for taking photographs of protected objects in the northern province of Nordland, the NRK TV reported on Monday.
The police detained three men and a woman, all Russian citizens, on October 11 in the city of Mosjoen while checking and searching a car with Russian license plates. The policemen found their cameras with photographs. The detainees reported that they had arrived in the country as tourists. On October 14, the Helgeland District Court granted police permission to arrest them for seven days.
It is unknown which object was photographed. According to the NRK TV, it might be Drevjamoen, a camp 30 kilometers away from Mosjoen, which is under the jurisdiction of a logistics company of the Norwegian armed forces.
