Ukraine seeks to erode agreements reached at talks with Russia, senior diplomat says

As an exemple, Deputy Foreign Minister Andrey Rudenko recalled that Ukraine began to violate the Minsk Accords "literally since the moment of signing"

MOSCOW, May 17. /TASS/. The Ukrainian side attempts to erode the agreements that have been reached at talks with Russia, Deputy Foreign Minister Andrey Rudenko said in an interview with TASS.

"I wouldn’t want to go into details but the Ukrainian side indeed tries to erode the provisions that seemingly have been already agreed upon at previous stages," the senior diplomat said.

He reiterated that Kiev "has vast experience in such matters" since Ukraine began to violate the Minsk Accords "literally since the moment of signing."

"Of course, such a stance does not facilitate the attainment of the desired result. [Russian Foreign Minister] Sergey Viktorovich Lavrov commented on this subject in detail in a number of speeches and interviews," the deputy foreign minister concluded.
