KIEV, October 31. /TASS/. An energy infrastructure facility providing electricity to about 350,000 apartments in the Ukrainian capital of Kiev has been disabled, Mayor Vitaly Klichko said on Monday.

"Power engineers are working to restore electricity supplies following damage to an energy facility providing power to about 350,000 apartments in Kiev," he wrote on Telegram.

Air raid sirens went off across Ukraine on Monday morning. Explosions rocked several regions of the country and its capital. The Strana media outlet reported that about ten blasts had been heard in Kiev and the neighboring region.
