Police discover weapons cache in Melitopol

The police in Melitopol also discovered a cache owned by Ukrainian nationalists in the Vesyoloye District of the Zaporozhye Region

MOSCOW, October 17. /TASS/. The police in the Zaporozhye Region have found a cache with weapons in a private house in Melitopol, policemen said in a report on their Telegram channel on Monday.

According to the report, plain-barrel guns, a Magnum pistol, several 600g cans of gunpowder, cartridges, binoculars, a night-vision device and a radio transceiver were confiscated from the cache.

The police in Melitopol also discovered a cache owned by Ukrainian nationalists in the Vesyoloye District of the Zaporozhye Region. In it, photos of Nazi fighters from the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists - Ukrainian Insurgent Army (both outlawed in Russia), banned literature and symbols of the Right-wing nationalist organization (outlawed in Russia) were found.
