Russia reveals number of passengers who used ferries to and from Kerch since Sunday

It is noted that between the night of October 9 and 07:00 am on October 12, 6,934 passengers and 1,421 vehicles were taken across the Kerch Strait

MOSCOW, October 12. /TASS/. Almost 7,000 people have used ferries to and from Kerch since the service reopened on Sunday, the Russian Transport Ministry said in a statement.

"Between the night of October 9 when the Kerch ferry service resumed operation and 07:00 am on October 12, 6,934 passengers and 1,421 vehicles, mostly large-and medium-size trucks, were taken across the [Kerch] Strait," the Ministry said in a statement.
