KHERSON, October 29. /TASS/. A suspected attacker on the Dneprovskoye police department in Kherson has been detained, the man confessed that he had been plotting the attack on orders from the Ukrainian Security Service (SBU), the emergency services told reporters on Saturday.

"A suspect in a terrorist act outside the Dneprovskoye police department in Kherson has been apprehended during the reconnaissance and search operations in the Genichesk district," the service said. "When questioned, the detainee confessed that he had been preparing a terrorist attack following orders from the Ukrainian Security Service," they said.
