MOSCOW, October 25. /TASS/. Blaming Russia for all mortal sins as is happening now, amidst the mass unrest in European countries, has become a standard practice for the West, Russian President Vladimir Putin told Vesti reporter Pavel Zarubin.

"There is nothing unexpected here: as is well known, Russia has always been accused of every mortal sin," he said.
