MOSCOW, October 21. /TASS/. It is impossible to fully resolve the Ukrainian conflict without the presence of someone from Kiev, someone on their side must make a responsible decision, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.

"Of course, it is impossible to fully resolve the Ukrainian issue without the presence of someone from Kiev. Therefore, someone in Kiev must make a responsible decision. That is essential," Peskov said.

He was commenting on a statement by U.S. President Donald Trump regarding the possibility of a settlement in Ukraine and the signing of agreements without the presence of Vladimir Zelensky.
