MOSCOW, December 29. /TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will summarize the results of Russian diplomatic work in 2023 at a press conference on January 18, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said in an interview with Rossiya-24.

"Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Viktorovich Lavrov will summarize the global results of the past 2023 year at a press conference. It is expected to be held on January 18," the diplomat said.

Zakharova added that it will be a hybrid (in-person&online) news conference.

Lavrov traditionally summarizes foreign policy results at the annual press conference. In 2023, it lasted nearly three hours. The minister shared his assessment of the situation in the world and spoke about the main directions of Russian foreign policy.
