Kursk Region’s border area shelled by Ukrainian forces

Electricians will start repairs as soon as it is safe

KURSK, December 29. /TASS/. Ukraine’s armed forces have opened fire at a border district in the Kursk Region, damaging private houses and power lines, Governor Roman Starovoit said,

"The Ukrainian armed forces have shelled the border district of Glushkovo. Luckily, there were no casualties. There were six incoming strikes in Tetkino, and one of them hit a house. Two more houses were damaged by shrapnel. A power line is also damaged," Starovoit wrote on his Telegram channel.

Electricians will start repairs as soon as it is safe. The governor added that the settlement of Krasnooktyabrsky had also come under mortar fire, which did not cause any significant damage.
