MOSCOW, December 1. /TASS/. Russian citizens have started sending their addresses to the All-Russia People's Front call center for the upcoming Direct Line and annual press conference of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The questions most frequently refer to social agenda, utilities and the special military operation in Ukraine, according to Rossiya 24.
"These are either questions or proposals that concern people a lot: social sphere, roads, utilities, matters of special military operation, healthcare - all that accompanies any person in their daily life," says Svetlana Zaikina, head of the People’s Front executive committee in the Novosibirsk Region, who currently works at the call center.
The call center receives question connected both to individual cases and to systemic problems that concern many Russians. This year, the call center also receives questions from residents of the new regions of Russia, participants of the special military operation and their family members.
The People’s Front underscored that it also receives many congratulations to the head of state, as well as statements of gratitude for his work.
Previously, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that the president will hold the big press conference on December 14. The combined format was also implemented in 2020, when the Covid pandemic made it impossible to hold any of these events.
The direct line took place for the last time in 2021; overall, this event took place for a total of 18 times.
