Kiev’s critical infrastructure comes under attack, mayor says

KIEV, October 31. /TASS/. The Ukrainian capital of Kiev has been partially left without power due to damage to critical infrastructure facilities, Mayor Vitaly Klichko wrote on Twitter on Monday.

"Part of the capital is without power due to strikes on critical infrastructure facilities. Some districts are without water," he said.

Air raid sirens went off across Ukraine earlier on Monday. Some regions, including Kiev and the Kiev Region, have reported explosions. According to Ukrainian media outlets, some districts in Kiev and the surrounding region have been left without electricity and water.
