Ukrainian military fires two HIMARS rockets at Alchevsk, LPR mission says

It is noted that efforts are underway to ascertain information about casualties and damage

LUGANSK, October 31. /TASS/. The Ukrainian Armed Forces used a US-made HIMARS rocket system to attack the city of Alchevsk on Monday, the Lugansk People’s Republic’s (LPR) mission to the Joint Center for Control and Coordination said in a statement on Telegram.

According to the mission, the attack took place at 5:33 am.

"Efforts are underway to ascertain information about casualties and damage," the statement reads.
