Ukrainian forces fire over 90 shells at Donetsk in 8 hours, DPR says

It was previously reported that a civilian woman was wounded in Yasinovataya, two more civilians suffered wounds in Makeyevka

DONETSK, October 28. /TASS/. The Ukrainian armed forces have fired more than 90 shells at Donetsk’s districts since noon on Friday, the mission of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) to the Joint Center on Control and Coordination of issues related to war crimes committed by Ukraine said.

Donetsk’s Kievsky, Kirovsky, Kuibyshevsky, Kalininsky, Petrovsky, and Voroshilovsky districts came under shelling. A total of 46 NATO-standard 155mm and 45 152mm shells were fired at the city.

The Ukrainian military also shelled other DPR residential areas throughout Friday, including Gorlovka, Makeyevka, and Yasinovataya.

It was previously reported that a civilian woman was wounded in Yasinovataya, two more civilians suffered wounds in Makeyevka (one of them later died), and that a man stepped on a Lepestok anti-personnel land mine and was injured in Novoluganskoye.
