UNITED NATIONS, October 24. /TASS/. Russia has precise information about the "dirty bomb" provocation being prepared by Kiev, Russian First Deputy Permanent Representative to the UN Dmitry Polyansky told reporters Monday.

"The Russian side told [about Ukraine’s plans to use a ‘dirty bomb’] during Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu’s contacts with US, British and French representatives; they claimed that they are not involved," Polyansky said. "Nevertheless, we have rather precise information that the Ukrainians are preparing such provocation."

"We will think about how better to convey it to the public, including on the UN platform. As a first step, we will send a letter to UN Secretary General with information about the provocation being prepared," the diplomat noted.
