MOSCOW, October 21. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin signed the decree on establishment of the government coordination council on provision operation requirements. The document was published Friday.

The new structure is led by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

Earlier, the head of state also signed orders declaring martial law in the four new regions and increasing security level in several other regions of Russia.
