Energodar ex-Mayor ordered to shoot civilians in case of pro-Russian rally

According to the press office, Sergey Paramonov also showed where a machinegun was stashed inside the city administration building

MOSCOW, October 20. /TASS/. Law enforcement officers in Energodar detained a former territorial defense member, who testified that former mayor of Energodar Dmitry Orlov gave an order to open fire at civilians, should a pro-Russian rally be organized in the city.

The detained citizen, Sergey Paramonov, came to the police station voluntarily, Energodar administration press office said.

"I was in territorial defense. [Former Deputy Mayor of Energodar Ivan] Samoydyuk gave us firearms," Paramonov says on a video, published on the Administration’s Telegram channel.

According to the press office, Paramonov also showed where a machinegun was stashed inside the city administration building.
