LPR militia reports eliminating about 50 Ukrainian militants in Donbass in past day

It is noted that in the past day, LPR field engineers cleared over seven hectares of land from explosives planted by the Ukrainian military in the settlements of Gavrilovka and Stepnoy Yar

LUGANSK, October 20. /TASS/. The Ukrainian military sustained about 50 casualties in battles with forces of the Lugansk People’ Republic (LPR) in the past day, Spokesman for the LPR People’s Militia Ivan Filiponenko reported on Thursday.

"In the past 24 hours, the enemy suffered heavy losses in manpower and military equipment as a result of active offensive operations by LPR people’s militia forces. They eliminated up to 50 personnel, two tanks, one artillery gun, two armored personnel carriers and nine special military motor vehicles," the press office of the LPR people’s militia quoted the spokesman as saying on its Telegram channel.

In the past day, LPR field engineers cleared over seven hectares of land from explosives planted by the Ukrainian military in the settlements of Gavrilovka and Stepnoy Yar, the spokesman said.
