Vladimir Tarabrin added that another problem is uncontrolled supply of weapons, shipped to Kiev by its Western Partners

DUSHANBE, October 19. /TASS/. Ukrainian diplomatic weapons recruit mercenaries from among members of terrorist organizations, preferring citizens of Central Asian states, says Director of the Russian Foreign Ministry New Threats and Challenges Department Vladimir Tarabrin.

"I’m not even mentioning the recruitment of militants from international terrorist organizations by certain states and Ukrainian diplomatic representatives in violation of the Vienna Convention on diplomatic representation, in order to engage use them on the Kiev regime’s side. They prioritize citizens of Central Asian states," he said during the high-level conference on international and regional cooperation on countering terrorism that took place in Dushanbe.

Tarabrin added that another problem is uncontrolled supply of weapons, shipped to Kiev by its Western partners. He underscored that about 15-20% of these weapons end up in hands of terrorist groups.
