Ukraine shells DPR 32 times over past 24 hours, injuring two civilians — mission

It is reported that nine houses and two civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged

DONETSK, October 19. /TASS/. The Ukrainian armed forces shelled the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) 32 times over the past 24 hours, injuring two civilians, the DPR mission to the Joint Control and Coordination Center on issues related to Ukraine’s war crimes (JCCC) reported on Wednesday.

"Over the past 24 hours, the mission reported 32 facts of Ukrainian shelling," the mission said in a message on its Telegram channel.

The DPR was shelled by Ukraine 32 times over the past 24 hours. The Ukrainian armed forces used NATO 155-mm calibe artillery, Grad multiple rocket launchers and mortars. A total of 143 pieces of ammunition were fired at the DPR.

Nine DPR settlements came under enemy fire: Donetsk (the Kirovsky, Kievsky and Kuibyshev districts), Novoselovka, Zaitsevo, Zhelezhnaya Balka, Yasinovataya, Yakovlevka, Mineralnoye, Makeyevka (Chervonogvardeysky district) and Aleksandrovka. "Over the past 24 hours there were reports of two civilians injured in the Kirovsky and Petrovsky districts of Donetsk," the office added.

Nine houses and two civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged.

In the previous 24 hours, the Ukrainian armed forces shelled the DPR territory 47 times.
