Pressure on Serbia goes beyond international communication — official

"We know perfectly well what unprecedented pressure Serbia faces now," Grushko said

BELGRADE, October 15. /TASS/. Serbia suffers unprecedented pressure that goes beyond the framework of civilized international communication, Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko said in an interview with TASS.

"We know perfectly well what unprecedented pressure Serbia faces now. This pressure goes beyond the framework of civilized international communication, but we appreciate that the Serbian leadership is acting in accordance with national interests," Grushko said.

"As for Russian-Serbian relations, nothing has changed in them lately, they are built on an absolutely solid basis of historical friendship and mutual sympathy. They are not directed against anyone and in this sense are not subjected to fluctuations in the political situation," he said.
