Kiev deploys mercenaries near Artyomovsk to prevent any Ukrainian retreat — LPR officer

LUGANSK, October 14. /TASS/. Intelligence in the Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR) reported the arrival of a battle group near Artyomovsk (known as Bakhmut in Ukraine) that includes foreign mercenaries and Ukrainian nationalists, LPR People’s Militia officer Andrey Marochko said on Friday.

"A company tactical group involving foreign mercenaries and Ukrainian nationalists was reported to arrive near Artyomovsk. Its main task would be preventing any retreat of other [Ukrainian] units, spooking locals and exposing pro-Russian residents," Marochko wrote on his Telegram channel.
