It is reported that the Ukrainian government had long used terrorist tactics, and warned Kiev that any further terrorist attacks in Russia would be met with a stiff response

KIEV, October 14. /TASS/. Vital infrastructure was damaged by strikes in central and western regions of Ukraine over the past day, the General Staff of Ukraine’s armed forces reported on Friday.

According to data published on the General Staff’s page on Facebook (outlawed in Russia), owned by Meta (deemed as an extremist organization in Russia), critical infrastructure facilities in Brody in the Lvov Region, and in Nalivaikovka in the Kiev Region as well as in Nikolayev and Nikopol were attacked.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said at an emergency Security Council meeting on Monday that a massive strike with "long-range precision weapons" had been inflicted on Ukrainian energy, military command and communications facilities. He said the Ukrainian government had long used terrorist tactics, and warned Kiev that any further terrorist attacks in Russia would be met with a stiff response.
