It is reported that there were at least three explosions

KIEV, October 13. /TASS/. Explosions are heard on Thursday morning in the Kiev region, according to head of the regional military administration Aleksey Kuleba.

He urged residents not to share photos and videos of the explosions on social media. Rescuers are already on the scene, he said.

According to Ukrainian media, there were at least three explosions.
