Crimea Bridge support’s damages to be cured by end of week — Russia’s Deputy PM

Plants will start delivering structural steel for the Crimea Bridge repairs by the end of this week

MOSCOW, October 10. /TASS/. Damages inflicted to a support of the Crimea Bridge will be cured by the end of this week, Russia’s Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin said on Monday

"Concerning damages, the effort to analyze their severity is still in progress. Divers examining the bridge pillar are working since yesterday morning. The need to cure damage of an expansion joint on one of support was revealed as a result of diagnostics. The end of this week is the provisional deadline for curing damages of the support," Khusnullin said.

Plants will start delivering structural steel for the Crimea Bridge repairs by the end of this week, he added.
